Professor Jay Brown at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law is a faculty contributor to the blog, The Race to the Bottom, “an analysis of the laws and regulatory measures that govern today’s corporations.” Their nickname is the “Pro-Sox Blog” and it’s great reading when you’re getting ready to go out to that cocktail party and want to load up on more defenses of Auditing Standard 2 and Sections 302 and 404.
