		<description>Refco was a classic &quot;pump n dump&quot; that went through a big hooplah because it harmed institutional investors and he had no protection.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The eToys saga harmed shareholders and creditors with the Law firms being so powerfully connected it recent forced the shut down of the Public Corruption Unit in CA even though the case is in Delaware.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It, is as usual, who you know!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;http://fraud-corruption-mnat.townhall.com/default.aspx</description>
