I&#039;m not too sure I want to be linked with companies that have so many issues. I prefer mid-tier firms but even those are in the doghouse too.</description>

Big litigation of course for the Big 4, but there must be &quot;small&quot; litigation for smaller ones.
And to be honest, I think the problem comes from (in Europe) IAS 32 and IAS 39 and the fair value valuation of financial assets.</description>
