		<description>While Deloitte has its faults - as any large firm does - I consider this blog to be primarily a feeding frenzy involving a group of disaffected anti-capitalists.  It would be wise to see how the legal aspects of this case shake out before acting like a pack of dogs sniffing each other, if I may quote Cyrano.</description>
